White Elegance Cards

These are the other cards I created for my White Elegance Card Class. I just love how elegant they look. As you well know, I am not a fan of the color white. Maybe next time around I will try doing this with very vanilla cardstock, instead.

The most used tool to make these cards is my Big Shot. Using the different embossing folders is what really makes these type of cards. I added a little bit of color to each card which makes them stand out more. There is not a whole lot of stamping to these.

The other type of tool I used quite a bit were the punches. Where would we be if we did not have our punches, and Big Shot? They add so much. Well, at least to the cards that I make.

Of course, we have to have our bling! I used pearls, rhinestones, and dazzling details. Back to the Big Shot for a minute. I used my paper doily large sizzlits die for the very first time (card in the middle). Demonstrators have been discussing how hard it was to use. Mine must have been one of the better ones. I ran it through 2 times and it cut out the doily fine. I used a mechanical pencil tip to push out the little pieces. Worked great though. I am happy with it!

I will really try harder to post cards more often. Things have changed in my life once again. A good change though. On my days off I am babysitting my grandson. I need to figure out what works to keep him happy so I can stamp some too. If you have a baby, maybe you have some tips on how you make time to stamp.

Have a great day!
Now go-n-stamp!!
