Modern Medley Tea Bag Holder

As promised, I am sharing with you a 3-D project, today! I did not come up with this idea on my own. I seen it on Pinterest and knew it would be fun to make. I sometimes have a hard time making some things because I think to myself when would I ever use it. I did consider that when I was playing with the idea of making this item, but I thought I should do it anyhow. As you can see, I did.

To be honest, I still need to buy some tea bags to fill this up. I am not a tea drinker. I really would like to find a type of tea that would maybe somewhat match, but I do not know if that is possible. If you are a tea drinker and have a suggestion, that would be much appreciated. I thank you.

Stampin' Up! items used to create this.
Cardstock:  Basic Black, Real Red, Very Vanilla, and Modern Medley DSP

I hope you have been inspired to try and create one of these for yourself. It would be great to use for a gift or a craft fair. Thank you for stopping by. All comments are always welcome.

Flower Shop Birthday 2

Today, I am sharing another card made using the stamp set "Flower Shop." This one was made for a very good friend of mine. Before I worked outside of the home, I went shopping with her almost every Thursday. Since I work now, I don't see her much at all. I think I need to give her a much needed call and get together with her again this week. Sounds like an excellent plan.

These are the Stampin' Up! products you will need to create this card.
Classic Ink:  Bravo Burgundy
Stamp Sets:  Flower Shop and From My Heart
Cardstock:  Very Vanilla, Pear Pizzazz, White Vellum, and Afternoon Picnic DSP
Tools:  Big Shot, Deco Labels Collection Framelits, Little Leaves Sizzlits, Pansy Punch, White Embossing Powder, and a Blender Pen
Accessories:  3/8" Basic Gray Taffeta Ribbon (Retired)

After I had this all finished the thing that bothered me the most is the White embossing powder. I think they need to come up with a Very Vanilla embossing powder. Tell me what you think. One more thing, be watching, I will be posting a 3-D project in the next week or so.
