The pages inside of the book were created on whisper white card stock using the MDS (My Digital Studio) program from Stampin' Up! Probably a good idea is to make sure you put a note at the bottom of each page saying who the people were. Over time you may forget who they were otherwise. I know that my daughter had quite a few people from her work attend. They filled in their wishes, but eventually you usually lose contact with a lot of those people. This is why making a little note of who they were and even how you knew them is a good idea to add.
Above is the picture of what the book looks like from the front cover. Most things I used to make this were retired Stampin' Up! products. Also, the binding system I used is not Stampin' Up because currently we do not sell anything to bind with that is made by them. The plain card stock is current: certainly celery, so saffron, bashful blue, and whisper white. Of course, this could be made using all current items from Stampin' Up! if you would like. I just loved the retired designer series paper for this project.
I pray someone else loves this idea and would like to use it sometime too. It is such a neat keepsake to have for the little one that is about to be born. By the way, Carter can come any day now. Guess who is very happy about that, besides mom and dad?
Now go-n-stamp!!
That is a great idea. I love your design on Carter's book. Come visit my blog, Elisa
