Treat Bags

I needed to make something up fairly fast for my Wednesday night class of girls at church. I just bought some candy and put it into cellophane bags that I had already bought from a local craft store quite a while back. I used retired ribbon to tie the bags shut and retired cardstock to make the tags.
The colors used were river rock, blue bayou, and soft sky. The snowflake was from the stamp set snow swirled, which is still a current set. I used the scallop circle, 1 3/8" circle, and the 1 1/4" circle punches. I know I could have added glitter to make them even nicer, but I just wanted to get them done quickly and least messy.
